George Panayiotou

George, aged 24 is the London city slicker turned upmarket scouse playboy. He is the heir to a property empire called The Ability Group – a company worth an estimated cool £750 million.

His father, Andreas, had the drive and vision to bring a luxury hotel to Liverpool under the Hilton brand. His company now have 7 luxury hotels in their portfolio, including the opulent Club Med in Sicily. Despite the nay-sayers predicting that opening up a five star hotel right in the centre of Liverpool would never work, Gerorge and his family have worked hard to make it a huge, and profitable success.

George Panayiotou has also spotted a nice in the market for an elite night time haunt. Named ‘Playground’, this new venue is set offer a fantastic night out in first class luxury. From £10 cocktails to £600 bottles of champagne, clientele such as footballers, celebrities, lawyers and bankers with cash burning a hole in their pocket will be able to enjoy Liverpool’s vibrant nightlife in what is being billed as the ‘Playground’ of the rich and famous.

Due to open on 9th December, we are sure to see a few familiar Desperate Scousewives faces gracing the interior – perhaps trying to bag the swag of its owner.
